Phil Mickelson and other golfers sue PGA over LIV Series suspensions

Golf champion Phil Mickelson and 10 fellow gamers in the Saudi-backed LIV Golf collection have filed an antitrust lawsuit versus the rival PGA Tour. 

The lawsuit was submitted Wednesday in federal courtroom in San Francisco by Mickelson along with Bryson DeChambeau, Talor Gooch, Hudson Swafford, Matt Jones, Ian Poulter, Abraham Ancer, Carlos Ortiz, Pat Perez, Jason Kokrak, and Peter Uihlein.

The LIV Sequence has been controversial since the begin. Critics have pointed to Saudi Arabia’s human legal rights violations and accused players on its tour of prioritizing dollars above concepts.
