The Enforcement Directorate on Saturday arrested West Bengal minister, Partha Chatterjee and his near aide, Arpita Mukherjee after recovering ₹20 crore hard cash from her home throughout a probe in university employment fraud of the TMC government.
ED officers said they have bought two-day custody of senior TMC chief, Partha, who earlier held education and learning portfolio but is now market and state parliamentary affairs minister, from the courtroom.
